Chefs & Authors

The Queen Anne Farmers Market features cooking demos by both professional chefs and local gourmands (or foodies, if you prefer). Demos are scheduled for 30-60 minutes, each day of the market.

We also offer “Ask a Chef” events where shoppers can consult with a professional on what to buy and how to prepare it.

Some of our chefs and cooks are also authors, and when they appear, you can buy their books at the market through our local, independent bookstore, Queen Anne Books.
