Some days are better than others for a farmers market, and wow, did the stars align for us today! We’ve got sunshine, marimba music, an all-star lineup in the chef’s tent, the best street food in the city . . . and a pretty awesome (if we do say so ourselves) selection of the best local fruits and veggies, free range chicken and eggs, wild fish, and grassfed beef, lamb and pork. And that’s not even mentioning the award-winning cheese, hard cider, honey, breads, pastries and coffee. Come over and stay a while.
Musicians
Performing at the Queen Anne Farmers Market is a labor of love. Musicians generously share their talent without pay from the market. We encourage musicians to have a tip jar (or case, or hat), and to sell related items like CD’s. (Queen Anne shoppers tend to tip generously for good music!)
We are scheduling only musicians who play acoustical instruments with no (or very light) amplification.
If you are interested in performing at our market, we would love to hear from you! Please look for an opening on our Event Schedule and then email Julie Whitehorn with your group information and preferred dates.
